Hi and welcome to WebSchool.

This website has all you need to know to create and publish great looking webpages. There are three sections;

• Getting started is for people with no previous knowledge of web design or HTML code. It takes you through the steps to make a webpage, complete with pictures and hyperlinks.
• Looking good takes you into setting up great looking pages using CSS – the newest and best way to present your webpage.
• Code warrior gets you up and running with scripting for the web. It teaches you to program with ActionScript for Macromedia Flash, and introduces PHP and MySQL programming.

Section one of this site is intended for the Technology Mandatory syllabus for years 7 and 8.

Section two complements the Information and Software Technology syllabus for years 9 and 10.

Section 3 provides activities suitable for the Information Processes and Technology, and Software Development and Design courses.

Please note that these are guides only. Feel free to work with any materials depending on the abilities and experience of your students.
